    Question :
    Is it true that e-mail ownership is an absolute requirement to be a partner of Pupuk Kaltim and participate in the online procurement activities?

    Use Ms. Word application to open the files with .doc extension, Ms. Excel to open the files with .xls extension, and PDF Reader (Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader, or similar applications) to open the files with .pdf extension.

    Question :
    It's strange. Our fellow companies can see new needs in Pupuk Kaltim website, but our company could not find it although we have logged in. How could it happen?

    For a large number of items, you had better sign out of the system first. The offer can be prepared first in Microsoft Excel format. Then, you can sign in again and upload the offer to the system.

    Question :
    How can we attach a copy of brochure, catalogue, or picture of the product we are offering?
    Answer :
    Scan and save the documents into pdf, jpeg, or gif format, then upload them to the system. If the capacity of the document is too big, use ZIP program to compress the file. If there are multiple documents/files, upload them in some steps.

    Question :
    Is the secrecy of our offer in this online procurement guaranteed?
    Answer :
    Yes, your offer's secrecy is definitely guaranteed, and no other parties can see (access) your offer, including the buyer and the administrator. Your offer data can be opened and seen by the auction committee, buyer, and procurement administrator after the due date of the offer proposal is over.

    Question :
    After we propose an offer via online and then we realize that there is a mistake, can we still make some revisions to the offer?
    Answer :
    As long as the due time of proposing the offer is not over yet, you still can change/revise the offer. Over the due time, the system will automatically be locked and you cannot make any changes to the offer you have proposed.

    Question :
    What if there is a failure of the system either in Pupuk Kaltim or in the vendor due to the error in the internet network or a virus/hacker attack causing lost data/documents?
